Give each guest a paper plate and a pen. Ask them to put their name on one side of the plate and then flip it over to begin. Have the guests draw a picture of a baby on the plate...which is on top of their heads while they draw. They have 2 minutes to complete their drawing. After 2 minutes, collect the plates and let the mom-to-be pick her favorite.

Give each guest a piece of paper (writing or construction). Have the mom-to-be stand up so everyone can see her profile. The guests fold the paper in half, put it behind their backs and with their hands only tear out what they perceive as her form. When everyone is done ask them to open up the paper. The best one selected by the mom-to-be gets a gift.

Create a sheet of four to six baby pictures (from magazines, mom-to-be's photo album, family albums, etc.).Make photocopies of the sheet and give to each guest. Ask them to try and create funny captions of what they think the baby is trying to say or thinking! The mom-to-be picks her favorite and the winner receives a gift.

Print a big picture (poster size preferably) of a pregnant woman and another picture of a baby. The game is played just like Pin the Tale on the Donkey...the only difference is you pin the baby in the mommy! Let mom-to-be decide if the best placement or the funniest should win the prize.
